Who we are

This website, wpinspot.com, is the home of the WP InSpot WordPress plugin, part of the WP InSuite plugin family. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what happens to it. If you have any questions about it, write to us through the contact page.

What data we collect

Contact form

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message content you provide. We use these details only to reply to your message and keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share these details with anyone else.

Purchases and licensing

Checkout, invoicing and license management for WP InSpot are handled by Freemius, our e-commerce partner. When you buy a plan, your order details are processed by Freemius under its own privacy policy. This website does not store your payment details.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages, time of access) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated automatically and are not used to profile visitors.

Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies: the standard WordPress cookies needed to sign in to the dashboard (relevant to our team, not to visitors) and, on multilingual pages, a cookie that remembers your preferred language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages may include embedded content, for example videos. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited the other website: it may collect data about you, use its own cookies and monitor your interaction with the embed. We keep such embeds to a minimum.
